Birdman’s Parrots Policy On Birds

When buying a baby parrot from Birdman’s Parrots we guarantee that there are no symptoms of
disease or parasites at the time of sale and that our birds are completely healthy. When a
customer purchases a bird(s) from us, our customers are given 48hrs upon pickup or delivery for
a health guarantee on bird(s) that are weaned. Customer has 48hrs to take the bird(s) to an avian
veterinarian upon their choice. If an avian veterinarian states that the bird is not healthy for sale,
paperwork must be provided to Birdman’s Parrots within 24 hours of exam for exchange or full
refund of the bird(s) decision is up to Birdman’s Parrots.
If customer does not take bird(s) to an avian veterinarian within 48hrs there are no guarantees
and there will be no refunds/exchanges on bird(s).
